MARDI GRAS TIME

Jack and Jerry Bates have hosted this Mardi Gras for the past five years. This year was the best attendance ever and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks Jack and Jerry, your party is a highlight of St. George’s social calendar!

THANK YOU FOR HAITI RELIEF

Thanks to your donations, St. George is able to send $470.00 to help Father Bien-Aime, an Anglican priest in Haiti, take care of 25 children who are homeless since the orphanage where they lived was destroyed in the earthquake. If you are interested in knowing more about the work of Father Bien-Aime, an article is posted on the bulletin board in the back hall.

LIKE TO VOLUNTEER FOR MAKING A LENTEN SUPPER? MAKING THE SUPPER IS EASY!

We hope volunteers (or groups of volunteers) will offer to prepare a simple Lenten supper. It is a wonderful way to bring our parish family together, especially during Lent.

VESTRY MEETING

The Vestry will meet next Sunday, February 21, 9:15-10:00 am in the Church office.

EASTER BASKETS

The raffle of baskets will take place on March 21. If you would like to donate some of the contents, the proposed themes are: wine, golf, toddlers, teen, sports, beach, coffee & tea, spa, crafts.
