CLASS IN ADVENT ON THE INCARNATION, WEDNESDAYS, NOV. 30th – Dec. 14th
The text for this class will be St. Athanasius’ monumental work, “The Incarnation of the Word of God.” Here we have a positive summary of the faith, written by an apologist heavyweight both of his own era of the 300’s AD and that of our own. This class is a wonderful way to make good on the call of Advent in preparing to welcome anew the Incarnate Lord into our lives strengthening our understanding of the “faith once delivered.” The class consists of 3 sessions, held Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 pm. The book is $8. Sign-up sheet on the patio. Speak to Fr. Hines for more information. A sign-up sheet is located on the patio.

CAN YOU SPARE SOME TIME TO BEAUTIFY OUR CHURCH?
Volunteers needed. Extra hands needed to decorate inside the church and outside around the church grounds. Please join us for set up on Saturday, December 10, 9:00-1:00 pm

RED WAGON PANTRY – NOVEMBER IS THANKSGIVING MONTH!

BIBLICAL REFLECTIONS, A DISCUSSION GROUP, LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
This discussion group meets each Sunday, 9:15 – 10:15 am in the middle Sunday school classroom with Ann Whitfield as facilitator. Please bring a Bible (any version) and perhaps a notebook a notebook in order to keep track of what the Spirit is saying. Also please bring a folding chair from one of the other classrooms. Men and women are invited. Just come when you are able.

GREETING VISITORS – STEWARDSHIP FOR ALL!!!
The ministry of being a Greeter is more important and rewarding than you may realize. It is important to make visitors feel welcome. Just saying “hello,” asking visitors to sign the guest book, and giving them a small gift helps people feel comfortable. If you are interested in helping with this important project, please speak with Ann Whitfield.
